I have been a licensed Realtor since 1996. I have many satisfied clients and enjoy their repeat business and referrals. I pride myself on being able to complete a transaction in which all parties are happy with the outcome. Customer satisfaction is my number one objective in business.
I have not only worked in real estate sales, but have also worked as a closing coordinator with one of the real estate law firms in Greenwood. This has given me invaluable knowledge of title searches, transfers, and many other legal matters. I have been able to utilize this experience by anticipating and solving potential problems well in advance of closing.
I am a graduate of Greenwood High School and attended Lander College in Greenwood and Baptist College of Charleston.
I attended the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate to complete the requirements for my real estate license. In addition to that, I have attended several classes as part of the mandatory continuing education that all Realtors must have in order to comply with South Carolina law. However, I feel it is important to go beyond the minimum requirements. I am constantly striving to improve myself to better serve my clients.
I have successfully completed the 15-hour course, “Accredited Buyer Representation”, needed for the A.B.R. designation.
I have completed the course work necessary for the G.R.I. designation. I have completed all of the fifteen required courses. The classes include “SC Law - What Every Agent Should Know”, “Contracts, Multiple Offers & Closings” and “Legal Pitfalls & The Code of Ethics” to name a few.
I began working toward the Commercial Designation in December 2000 and successfully received the CCIM Designation in October of 2007. The classes focus on commercial analysis, from acquisition to ownership to investment projections of commercial investment properties.
Let me help you with any real estate needs from commercial, residential, land and lake. I love my job and look forward to meeting you and helping you find your perfect property.
